When filing a claim, you’ll be paired with a professional adjuster who will navigate you through the claims process from investigation to repair.

Major Steps

Submit a Claim

We will open a claim file and assign it to your claims adjuster who will contact you within two business hours. You will receive a confirmation of claim notice by email, which will include the claim number assigned to the file.

Investigate the Loss

Our team will investigate the claim details and contact those involved. We’ll secure documentation, witness statements, and engage experts as needed. You’ll receive monthly (or more) updates throughout the investigation.

Review Your Coverage

After the investigation, we’ll review your coverage and determine the deductible that would apply. If the claim is out of your coverage’s scope, our Manager of Claims will review it and then contact you with a clear explanation.

Recover Damages

If your claim is within the scope of your coverage, your Claims Adjuster will put any at-fault parties on notice and work with experts on recovery for damages — all while being sensitive to any financial or political situations around your claim.

Create a Budget

Your Claims Adjuster will work with you to secure bids from vendors, appraisal from quantum experts, and accurate budget liability exposure reports from legal experts. This will ensure that your repair or restoration budget is thorough and within your coverage value. An accurate budget is crucial to the health of the reciprocal.

Repair & Resolve

It’s time for the repair! You’ll review repair appraisals from your Claims Adjuster, and we’ll work with you and the vendors to facilitate restoration within budget. We’re committed to helping you get back to normal.
